  Incept BioSystems Opens Biology Facility in Woburn, MA.  
     
  July 15, 2007 -- Incept BioSystems officially opened a new biology and embryology facility located just outside of Boston in Woburn, MA. The facility will be lead by Doug Powers, Ph.D., HCLD, its new V.P. of Scientific and Clinical Development.  
 
  Doug Powers, Ph.D, HCLD, Joins Incept as V.P. of Scientific and Clinical Development.  
     
  June 30, 2007 -- Incept BioSystems announced today the hiring of Doug Powers, Ph.D., HCLD, as its V.P. of Scientific and Clinical Development. As the Chief Scientific Officer of Boston IVF for the past 20 years, Dr. Powers utilized his extensive experience in all phases of IVF practice and management to help grow one of the most commercially successful and largest single private fertility centers in the U.S.  
 
  Venture Investors Leads Incept BioSystem’s $3.25MM Series A Financing.  
     
  April 26, 2007 -- Incept™ BioSystems, a medical device company developing advanced devices for clinical cell biology applications, announced today the close of its $3.25MM Series A Financing. The financing, which closed on March 30, was led by Venture Investors and joined by several other investment groups including Angel Healthcare Investors of Newton, MA, Plymouth Venture Partners of Ann Arbor, MI, and a select group of experienced individual and corporate investors.  
 
  Incept BioSystems Announces that Dr. Richard Paulson, M.D., to Join Scientific Advisory Board.  
     
  December 1, 2005 -- Incept BioSystems announced today that Dr. Richard Paulson, M.D., has joined the company's Scientific Advisory Board. Dr. Paulson, who is the Scientific Director of the University of Southern California Fertility and has been with the practice since 1986, is also a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Chief of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Fertility at USC's Keck School of Medicine.  
 
  Incept BioSystems Announces that Dr. Thomas B. Pool to Join Scientific Advisory Board.  
     
  October 15, 2005 -- Incept BioSystems announced today that Dr. Thomas "Rusty" Pool, Ph.D., HCLD, has joined the company's Scientific Advisory Board. Dr. Pool, who is the Scientific Director of the Fertility Center of San Antonio, has been a pioneer in the field of assisted reproduction for nearly 20 years.  
 
  Incept BioSystems elects Thomas S. Porter to Board of Directors.  
     
  August 31, 2005 -- Incept BioSystems announced today that Thomas S. Porter has been elected to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Porter’s election became effective August 11, 2005 per unanimous written consent of Incept’s Board of Directors.  
 
  Incept BioSystems elects John E. Osborn to Board of Directors.  
     
 

August 31, 2005 -- Incept BioSystems announced today that John E. Osborn has been elected to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Osborn’s election became effective August 11, 2005 per unanimous written consent of Incept’s Board of Directors.

 
 
  Incept BioSystems wins $950,000 grant through Michigan Technology Tri-Corridor Program.  
     
  June 30, 2005 -- Incept BioSystems announced today that it was one of several technology startups awarded Michigan Technology Tri-Corridor (MTTC) grants. The funding will further advance its innovative PinFlo™ technology platform to address the most pressing social problems associated with human In Vitro Fertilization (IVF).  
 
  Incept BioSystem's technology nationally recognized for innovation in 2004.  
     
  January, 2005 -- Wei Gu, a Chemical Engineering student from the University of Michigan, took the top prize in the undergraduate division of the 2004 Collegiate Inventors Competition for creating the foundation technology of Incept’s PinFlo™ microfluidic platform.
